These programs require ongoing funding. You can help by making a donation online.
Check presentation at the Granite Reef Senior Center in Scottsdale. DEPCOM Power donated $13,000 to fund our local food for seniors initiatives. $7,200 of the money paid for Fry's Grocery Store Gift Cards that were given to 300 seniors in our community for the 2017 Thanksgiving Holiday. Earlier this year, $3,250 of the money helped fund the Breakfast Program at the Granite Reef Senior Center1. The remaining proceeds will be used to fund similar programs in 2018.
Candy Campbell is the Sustainable Seniors Board Member who helped Sustainable Seniors partner with DEPCOM Power to make this donation possible.
Thank you DEPCOM Power! As a Sustainable Seniors Corporate Partner, you are making a big impact on the health and well-being of hundreds of senior citizens in Scottsdale.
1The Breakfast Program managed by TCAA was discontinued by the city in July 2017.
